Unit Production Manager 2 of 4 | By Michelle Montalto
Each page of a script usually represents about one minute of screen time. This demands multiple perspectives to accurately portray the scene and must align with previously recorded material. Achieving this requires meticulous planning and organization to avoid exceeding time limits and to ensure all necessary elements are captured for the final product. The complexity of this task is often influenced by the location and timing of the project, which can introduce additional complexities.

A script, a cast, a vision, some resources, and a goal. How do you bring it all together to create a quality project? With ambition and meticulous planning. That’s what I’ve learned from Michelle Montalto, a person with unwavering aspirations and a clear vision of her goals.
Her ambition sometimes reveals a tough personality, but beneath it lies a vulnerability that makes her human and relatable. Her humanity is evident in her hands-on approach to learning, where she navigates pressure and challenges that often lead to confusion. Despite these obstacles, she views the journey as a series of invaluable learning experiences.
Michelle possesses a keen eye for detail and a remarkable ability to organize. Her ideas come to life through her dialogue, allowing her to present and visualize a project with clarity and purpose.

Montalto has started on a path that, if she continued, will lead to valuable dialogues and exchanges, helping to establish the foundation of her artistic vision. This vision has the potential to become highly influential in the cinematic world in the coming years.
As my mentor says each time when I finish a set; señora Michelle Montalto “Sono orgoglioso di te”.
